Saturday 18/9/2010
- Archery.. need to gain my strength back, and also work on my new form. Inno grip is fine on it's own. Don't need to mod for me..
- 5km run after archery, kinda tiring. But need the fat-burning, cardiovascular workout. Completed in 30 minutes.

Tuesday 21/9/2010
- Gym Training, 2 abs workout, a chest workout and arms workout.
Incline chest press w 10kg weights, incline chest flys with 7.5kg. single arm dumbbell press w 7.5kg. Bicep curls w 7.5kg. Triceps with 30lbs.

Wednesday 22/09/2010
- 2 rounds, coastal route approx 4.8km in 20minutes.
